HOT HAM & SWISS
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup mustard
1/2 tsp poppy seeds
16 oz deli ham
8 oz swiss cheese, sliced
10 buns

Mix butter, onion, mustard and poppy seeds together for spread.  Spread on buns add ham and swiss.  Wrap sandwiches in foil and bake @ 350 for 15-20 minutes.


ITALIAN SUBS
8 oz deli ham
8 oz pepperoni
8 oz mozzarella cheese
1 tomato, thinly sliced,
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
2 cups Italian dressing
lettuce
4 hoagie rolls

Slice hoagie rolls in half lengthwise.  Spread some of the Italian dressing on the rolls.  Layer ham, pepperoni, tomato, olives and cheese.  Toast under broiler until cheese is melted.  Add lettuce and close subs.  Serve with remaining Italian dressing to dip subs into.
