Almond Crunch Cookies
1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup oil
1 tsp almond extract
2 eggs
4 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp
cream of tartar
2 cups coarsely chopped almonds
6 oz. pkg almond baking chips
Sugar
Mix butter,
oil, sugar and powdered sugar together until well blended. Add almond extract and eggs. Blend in baking soda,
salt and cream and cream of tarter with the flour. Add flour mix one cup at a time. Stir in almonds and baking
chips. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Shape into balls and roll in sugar. Place on cookie sheets and in a criss-cross
pattern flatten with fork. Bake @ 350 for 12 to 18 minutes.
Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup
white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups chocolate
chips
Mix butter and sugars together until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla, stir. Mix baking soda,
salt and flour together. Add flour mix one cup at a time. Add chocolate chips to dough. Place rounded teaspoon
balls of dough on cookie sheet. Bake @ 300 for 20 minutes.
Chocolate Cookies
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2/3 cup cocoa
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups chocolate chips
Cream
butter and sugar together. Add eggs, and vanilla. Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt together. Add flour
mixture one cup at a time to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake @ 350 for 8-10 minutes.
