Brownie Peanut Butter Bars

1 box brownie mix
Make according to package directions in 9x13 pan.

1 jar marshmallow cream
Spread over cooled brownies.

8oz chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter
3 cups rice crispies
Mix chocolate chips, peanut butter and rice crispies together and spread over marshmallow cream.

Caramel Bars

1 yellow cake mix
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
1 (14oz) caramels

Combine cake mix, 1/3 cup evaporated milk and butter.  Pat 3/4 mixture into a greased 9x13 pan, save the other 1/4 mixture for the topping. 

Bake @ 350 10 minutes. 

While baking melt caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk over low heat stirring constantly.  Remove pan from oven.  Spread caramel mixture over crust.  Crumble remaining dough over top.
Bake an additional 15 minutes.  Don't over bake!

Crescent Cream Cheese Bars
(recipe from Kelly Love - thanks!)

2 pkgs crescent rolls
2 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese
1 egg, separated
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar

Place 1 pkg of crescent rolls in 9x13 ungreased pan, pinching the seams.  Mix well cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and vanilla.  Spread over crescent rolls in pan  top with remaining package of crescent rolls pinched together.  Beat egg white until stiff.  Spread beaten egg white over crescent rolls.

Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Sprinkle topping over bars and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.

Dump In Bars

1 stick butter
Melt butter in 9x13 pan.

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Sprinkle cracker crumbs over butter.

3/4 cup coconut
Sprinkle over cracker crumbs.

6 oz chocolate chips
6 oz butterscotch chips
1 cup nuts
Sprinkle chips and nuts over coconut.

1 can sweetened condensed milk
Pour over all ingredients in pan.

Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.


Mocha Cheesecake Bars

1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup butter
1 Tb instant coffee
1 Tb hot water
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs

For crust, in a large mixing bowl stir together flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder and baking soda.  Cut in butter until crumbly; press flour mix into bottom of 9x13 pan.  Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes.  Dissolve instant coffee in hot water; set aside.  Beat cream cheese until fluffy.  Beat in sweetened condensed milk.  Add coffee mix and eggs to cream cheese mixture, beat until combined.  Pour over hot baked crust.  Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes.  Let cool.  Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Monster Bars

1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking soda
4 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup M&Ms (optional)

Cream butter and sugars together.  Add eggs, peanut butter, vanilla and baking soda.  Mix until well blended.  Add oatmeal, chocolate chips and M&Ms.  Pour into a greased 18x13 or 15x10 pan.

Bake @ 350
18x13 pan 15-17 minutes
15x10 pan 17-25 minutes

Rhubarb Bars

1 cup flour
5 Tb powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter

Mix and pat into 9 inch square pan.
Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes.

2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup flour
2 cups rhubarb, chopped
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 tsp baking powder
dash of salt

Beat eggs; add sugar to beaten eggs.  Add other ingredients with rhubarb going in last.  Pour mixture over crust.
Bake @ 350 for 35 minutes.
